Feedback from field day August 2015
On 8/20/2015 over 50 growers and industry representatives joined researchers, extension agents and representatives from local non-profit organizations to take part in our CAL-CORE field tour. Participants visited 3 of the baby trials and heard from researchers and the farmers managing the trials about the results coming out of the mother/baby trials. Feedback from those attending was very positive with 85% saying that they had gained a good amount or a great deal of new knowledge; and 70% 0f growers said they were likely or very likely to adopt one or more of the practices showcased on the tour.
